Purpose of this Exercise
This exercise tests for understanding use of the verb "to be" and its negative form "not to be" - together with the associated question forms - "Am I?.. are you?.. etc." - and negative questions - "Isn't it?.. Aren't they?.. etc."

Some Examples - Use Of Verb - "to be" and "not to be"
- Bu bir bardak(tır), değil mi? - This is a glass , isn't it?
- Kardeşim yakışlı(dır) - My brother is handsome
- Bugün hava güzel değil(dir) - The weather is not nice today
Translate into Turkish
- This is not a glass, it is a cup
- Is this a glass?
- That black dog is very big
- Is your dog black?
- My car is in the street
- My car isn't in the street, is it?
- They are not happy, they are sad
- Are they happy?
- My mother is very old but she is happy.
- Your mother isn't very old, is she?
